He is skilled in Negotiation, Business Planning, Analytical Skills and Business Strategy. He got professional with a Software Engineering from HCMC University of Technology and MBA from Solvay Brussels School (Belgium). He is the Chairman/ CEO of some other firms in Vietnam and New Zealand such as: Sia Social Group, VNZ Holdings, Kiwi Online Solution, and the owner of GHT crypto of DTS Group

Hana Nguyen has been working for 16 years, 12 of which focusing on human resources management for a variety of industries including IT, finance, investment, F&B, logistics, retail, distribution, outsourcing services, and construction. In both Vietnam and New Zealand, she was involved in multiple HR functions and administration management, from compensation and benefits to recruitment and selection, from training and development to work culture development, etc. Hana holds a Master of Business and Management from the University of Waikato, New Zealand and a Bachelor of Finance and Banking from the University of Economics, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
